Quality assurance<\/strong> starts as soon as the goods arrive. Non-sterile instruments are thoroughly inspected in our transfer airlock under high-magnification lenses and with modern digital tools. After sterilization by our long-standing service partner, the returned products undergo another meticulous inspection. In addition, we carry out regular internal audits<\/strong> at our suppliers. This way, we always maintain full transparency across the entire supply chain<\/strong> and can ensure that our instruments consistently meet the highest standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

A project particularly close to our hearts is our collaboration with Caritas<\/strong>. In our cleanroom, their employees are responsible for placing the instruments into trays before they are carefully packaged into dispenser boxes and shipping cartons. For us, this partnership<\/strong> is not just organizational support but a valuable part of our corporate culture: it combines precision and quality with social commitment<\/strong>. We are proud to take responsibility together with Caritas every day, while also contributing positively to society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

State-of-the-art packaging technologies for maximum flexibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

To respond flexibly and sustainably to the needs of the market, we rely on the latest packaging technologies<\/strong>. With the commissioning of a second packaging machine, we have significantly increased our capacity and can now package up to 90,000 instruments per week <\/strong>on average. Since September 2023<\/strong>, we have been carrying out all steps in Germany, a decision that strengthens our vision: complete control over the entire process, rapid responsiveness, and true proximity to our customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
