The Story Behind the Entrhal Cows

When visitors come to our company, they often stop and smile at them: the colorful cows scattered throughout our offices. And almost everyone asks the same question:
“Why do you have cows here?”

The answer takes us back to 2022 – to a very special team-building activity.

Creativity Instead of Conference Rooms

At least once a year, we take time for deliberate team-building. We believe: a strong team is the foundation of lasting success.
In 2022, we wanted to try something new – something that would not only foster collaboration, but also creativity, individuality, and a bit of fun.

That’s how the idea was born: each colleague would paint their own cow.

Colors, Patterns, and Plenty of Team Spirit

From a simple blank model, everyone created their own artwork. No cow looks the same – just as each of us brings unique strengths and perspectives to our team.
The creative afternoon became more than an art session:

  • 🎨 Everyone expressed their personality
  • 🤝 We got to know each other in new ways
  • 🐄 And in the end, a colorful herd was born – one that still accompanies us today

Artworks with Symbolism

Some of these cows still decorate our office spaces. They’re not just eye-catchers for visitors, but also visible reminders of our team spirit. Walking through our offices, you’ll find little stories, favorite colors, and creative sparks that each of us contributed.

Why Cows?

Simple: cows represent steadiness, community, and calm – values we also cherish in our daily work. They remind us that work is more than tasks – it’s about togetherness, trust, and creativity.

More Than Just Decoration

The Entrhal Cows have become a small but meaningful part of our company story. They remind us of a day when we grew closer as a team – and they show how work and creativity can go hand in hand.

👉 When you visit us, take a moment. Maybe you’ll find your own favorite cow in our colorful herd.
